The Mall
High-end shopping plazas - Nashville, TN
This project includes the existing mall area, expansion area, and also site lighting. It contains three phases of design work. I worked as a project manager and did all the deliveries individually under the guidance of my principal.
My Role
This is my first project as a project manager, in which I made important decisions, oversaw all the processes, and perform the deliveries. Directly guided by the direction of the principal and collaborated with architects, I am responsible for organizing all the tasks from conception to construction, and completing all the deliveries independently.
